Bex is not connected to BW system.?

Hi All,

we have a peculiar issue.

One of our users have SAP GUI 730 installed on the system.

We usually use BEX through portal.i.e.From our portal,we click on SAP Businees Reporting and it takes us to BW system alongwith which BEx excel opens.

This user has all this working fine.

But the Bex is not connected to BW system.

This issue is faced by only one user.Also we tried for this user on another machine and there it is connected.

So I came on a conclusion that this is machine specific.

But could not come up with the cause.

Any other user who logs in there faces the same issue.

Is there any particular setting missing for MS Excel or in the macine??
