SAP GUI input history not working

Dear gurus,

Last time I update SAP GUI from 7.10 into 7.20, suddenly the SAP gui is not working anymore

I am using windows 8.10, I have already search in the forum and have done several steps as below :

1. Update into SAP GUI 7.30

2. Modify registry "UseDot" as per note 867131

But still the history is not recorded in the database.

I also attached setting on SAP gui options.

Your insight is very appreciated.
